Choose enough pixels for the final use

PNG is a raster image with a fixed number of pixels. This tool rasterizes the preview at three times its displayed dimensions to retain sharper edges in ordinary document and label workflows. Enlarging the downloaded image far beyond that size can still blur its bars.

A high pixel count alone cannot rescue a physically tiny printed barcode. Keep the bars at their intended proportions and leave the blank quiet zone around them. If you expect repeated resizing in design software, download SVG instead and let the final artwork be rasterized at the target size.

Use a batch when values already live in a spreadsheet

Saving PNGs one by one is reasonable for a handful of values. For an inventory table, map the SKU or identifier column once and generate separate named PNG files from every valid row. The ZIP also includes a manifest so invalid values are visible rather than silently omitted.
